The primary Aize color logotype should be used wherever possible. If the color logotype cannot be used (eg. due to print production limitations) then the black or white logo should be used depending on the background color.

The Aize icon is used as an abbreviated form of the Aize logotype for small spaces (eg. social media). There is only one version of the Aize icon. Care should be taken when applying the icon to ensure legibility.
It’s important to maintain good contrast between the logotype and the background. We usually employ the color logotype but sometimes a mono version is preferable or necessary. (eg. if the available background doesn’t provide enough contrast) The mono version should be used either in black or white depending on the background tone.

When placing the logotype next to other visual elements, it’s important that it has plenty of room to breathe. The logo’s safe distance defines the distance between the logo and any graphic element it may be sitting next to in a composition. Use half the height of the logotype (marked with an X in the diagram below) as the safe distance.

The logotype and icon are our signatures and the most important identity assets. It’s therefore important that we apply our logos correctly in every instance. Here are some examples of incorrect use of the logotype, which should always be avoided. The same rules apply to the Aize icon.
